Ethnic Cleansing Allegations in Sudan Involve RSF

The Sudanese Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have been implicated in ethnic cleansing during operations in el-Fasher between 2024 and 2025, according to a report by a leading human rights organization. The report details systematic crimes against humanity, including murder, torture, and enslavement, against the civilian population in North Darfur, especially targeting the Zaghawa ethnic group.

The documented atrocities encompass a range of severe violations such as forcible transfers, sexual violence, and systematic persecution.
